Lycabettus Hill

It's been almost a month since we've returned from Greece and I'm still trying to post the remaining pictures. Just not enough time in the day, I guess....

Anyways, here are pictures from our visit to Lycabettus Hill, which is one of the highest points in Athens, where you can get a great view of the city. More info regarding this tourist destination can be found here: Mount Lycabettus

If you want a real good workout, then taking a walk up to Lycabettus Hill is a way to ensure that you'll get one. It's not for the faint of heart. Fortunately, we were able to get on the tram, or teleferik as it's called, that was able to bring as back down to the main road and from there, a shorter walk to the main square, as you can see in the pictures.

Whenever I look at these pictures now, I have the "Zorba the Greek" theme playing in my head. It's very infectious, to say the least. Thanks for looking at these and I hope to have some more in the coming days. As we Greeks like to say: "GEIA SAS!" (to your health!)
